Corporate Security Officer | London, UK | 4 On 4 Off (12-hour shifts)

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Corporate Security Officer to join our team on a permanent night shift basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, visitors, and assets within a prestigious corporate setting.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to security incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.

Core responsibilities

Conduct regular security patrols of the premises and surrounding areas.
Monitor CCTV and access control systems.
Control access and egress for staff, visitors, and contractors.
Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
Complete accurate incident reports, logs, and security related documentation.
Ensure compliance with site procedures, security policies, and health and safety requirements.
Liaise with emergency services and site management when required.
Identify and report security, safety, or maintenance concerns.

Essential Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor or CPO licence.
SIA CCTV Licence.
Previous experience within a corporate, commercial, or high-profile security environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to incidents.
Smart, professional appearance and high standards of customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
First Aid qualification.
Extensive experience operating CCTV and access control systems.
Military or police background preferable.
